Africa’s Largest LED

There is an interesting downtown Johannesburg every night. The town is famous for the world’s best gold results, changing only the more energetic. Since the 2010 World Cup event held in this city, the enthusiast ball all over the world-even in droves to support their favorite teams.

Seeing a very favorable moment, one of the brand sports shoes, Nike, change the monotonous buildings as tall as 138 meters. The building was transformed into an interactive LED installation for the 2010 World Cup. This LED screen, wrapped up in the whole building 8400 square meters, and became the biggest ad in Africa.

Every day between the hours of 6 pm to 6 am, the LED building conveyed a personal message which was sent by more than 50 athletes Nike. Not just athletes that could convey their personal messages, but millions of people around the world can also participate enrich the World Cup. This application can be enjoyed in a network Facebook, Twitter, MXit (South Africa) and QQ (China).

This passionate message appears with 12 languages including Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.

You can also participate via Twitter by using the tag # NikeFuture and through a Facebook app Nike Future, every day will be selected as many as 100 individuals interesting message that will appear on the screen is LED Nike.
